Life Skills Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, founded in 2018. The foundation is registered as a non-government society under the Societies Registration Act of 1860. It was established by Dr. Rajeshwari Anil Wankhade, who serves as President, and Shri Anil Wankhade, the Secretary. Both founders have decades of experience in technical education and community service.

Life Skills Foundation conducts structured training to prepare underprivileged youth for careers in defense, paramilitary, and other government services. Its initiatives include defense exam coaching, “Sajag Bharat” awareness programs, and campaigns on organ donation, road safety, women’s empowerment, and geriatric care. The organization also focuses on tribal skill development and environmental projects.

Operating in districts such as Nagpur, Wardha, Gadchiroli, and Chandrapur, the foundation organizes motivational events, marathons, and community outreach efforts. Its “Veer Super 30” program trains youth from Vidarbha to join defense and paramilitary forces, reflecting its focus on nation-building and employability.
