The Dolphin Special School & Centre is a special education and therapeutic rehabilitation institution based in Thillai Nagar, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. Founded by Mrs. Praveena Carmel, the school began with three children in a rented facility and was formalized under the nonprofit organization Action on Community Empowerment (ACE) in 2007. Over the years, it has expanded to employ qualified special educators, therapists, and technical staff providing education and therapy to more than sixty children.
